Choose your suburb for a dedicated no-signal repair page covering the exact causes we see in that area — from wind-shifted dishes to water in the LNB — plus a WhatsApp quote form and 24-hour callout details.
The decoder is not receiving a usable satellite feed. The cause is almost always the dish alignment, a failed LNB, water in a connector or damaged coax cable — all of which we meter-test and repair.
Same-day callouts are standard across Pretoria and Centurion, and we are open 6am–8pm daily. Call 084 248 6172 or send a WhatsApp for an arrival window.
Yes. Losing signal in ordinary rain means the system has too little margin. Re-peaking the dish on a meter and replacing a tired LNB usually fixes it permanently.
Rarely. Most no-signal faults are solved with alignment, an LNB swap or new connectors. A new dish is only needed if the dish is bent, corroded or blocked from the satellite.
Signal is back but the decoder still misbehaves? Our general DStv repairs page for your suburb covers decoder faults, Extra View setup, remotes, HDMI issues and full system checks.
