Why does my DStv say no signal being received?
The decoder is not receiving a usable satellite feed. The cause is almost always the dish alignment, a failed LNB, water in a connector or damaged coax cable — all of which we meter-test and repair.
How fast can you restore my DStv signal?

My picture only drops when it rains. Can that be fixed?

Do I need a new dish?
Rarely. Most no-signal faults are solved with alignment, an LNB swap or new connectors. A new dish is only needed if the dish is bent, corroded or blocked from the satellite.
