E48-32 and E30 point at a signal path problem — a failed LNB, water ingress at the F-connector, or a dish knocked off peak. E143 is usually subscription or decoder-side and often clears with a rescan or re-authorisation. Pixelation only in rain means the dish is sitting on marginal signal quality and needs re-peaking, not a new decoder.
Every call-out starts with a meter on the line so we replace the part that actually failed. That keeps costs honest and stops the same fault returning three weeks later.
Storm, lightning and tree damage
