A full install starts with a line-of-sight check. We walk the roof or wall, find the mounting point that clears trees, gables and neighbouring double storeys, and only then bolt and seal the bracket. The dish goes up with a Smart LNB, is peaked on a signal meter for quality as well as strength, and the coax is routed in a straight, clipped run with proper F-connectors and a wall plate — not a cable draped over a gutter.

Inside, the decoder is connected, activated on your subscription, scanned and tested channel by channel, including the HD and Ultra HD bouquet. If you're adding rooms, Extra View is linked on the same visit so every decoder runs on one subscription rather than a second account.

Explora Ultra needs a Smart LNB and clean cabling to behave — an install that was fine for an older HD decoder often needs the LNB swapped and the run re-terminated. We supply and fit the correct hardware, transfer recordings where possible, and configure the remote and network so catch-up and streaming apps work from day one.

Extra View links a second or third decoder onto one subscription. We cable the extra rooms, pair the decoders, confirm the link on MultiChoice's side, and label the outlets so future work is simple.

Estates like Midstream, Southdowns, Cornwall Hill, Silver Lakes and Woodhill enforce aesthetic rules — dish out of street view, no face-brick drilling, cable trunked and painted. We install to those standards by default and can supply the paperwork estates ask for.
